Mori Refund & Return Policy

1. Overview

This Refund & Return Policy ("Policy") applies to purchases made on the Mori website and apps operated by MORI INNOVATION LIMITED, a company incorporated in Hong Kong SAR. By placing an order with Mori, you accept this Policy together with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

2. Nature of the products

Mori sells digital goods only — invitation templates, design templates, image and video assets, and related digital design services. Once a digital item is delivered (made available for download, export, or use in your account), it is considered consumed and cannot be physically returned. There is no shipment of physical goods, so a return-shipping process does not apply.

You may request a full refund within 7 calendar days from the date of the original purchase, provided that all of the following conditions are met:

To request a refund, please email hello@mori.fyi from the email address associated with your Mori account and include:

  1. Your Mori account email or user ID;
  2. The order number and the date of purchase;
  3. The product or template name;
  4. A short description of the reason for the refund.

We aim to respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval. The exact time the funds appear on your statement depends on your card issuer or payment provider.

6. Cancellations and auto-renewal

If you have purchased a recurring subscription (e.g. Mori VIP), you can cancel auto-renewal at any time from My – Settings – Subscription in the Mori app or by contacting hello@mori.fyi. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not retroactively refund the current paid period unless the conditions in Section 3 are met.

7. Pricing and currency

Mori's default reference currency is USD: the Single Purchase is USD 3.99 and the Annual Membership is USD 9.99 / year at the US App Store. Apple App Store and Google Play automatically map this to the equivalent regional price tier in your country, so the actual price you are charged appears in your own local currency (for example, S$ 5.98 / S$ 14.98 in Singapore, HKD 30 / HKD 78 in Hong Kong, IDR 65,000 / IDR 159,000 in Indonesia, and the equivalent tier in EUR, GBP, CAD, AUD, JPY and other supported regions). The currency, total amount, and any applicable taxes or fees are shown on the order confirmation page before you complete payment. The full pricing model is published on the Pricing page.
