Mori (referred to as "we," "our," or "Mori") is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy ("this Policy") explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your personal information when you use Mori products and/or services. Please read this Policy carefully. By using Mori products and/or services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy.

The headings in this Policy are for convenience only and do not affect the meaning or interpretation of any provision.
You may register and/or log in to the Mori platform in the following ways, including but not limited to: using your mobile number and verification code to register or log in to your Mori account; or using a third-party account (e.g. Google account) to authorize and log in. If you use a third-party account (such as Google OAuth) to log in, we will obtain your name, email address, avatar, and other basic profile information shared by that third party as necessary to create or link your Mori account. Refusing to provide such information may affect your use of all features of the Mori app.
When you log in to Mori with a third-party account (e.g. Google account), we will use the information shared by that third party to provide you with basic Mori products and/or services. We only request the minimum scopes necessary (such as basic profile and email) and do not access any other data from your Google account without your explicit consent.
When you choose to pay for Mori products and/or services (e.g. templates, materials), you may use WeChat Pay or Alipay. When you use payment services, Mori may collect your billing information and other information required by law. Mori does not directly collect any of your bank account information. You may manage or delete payment-related information through Section 8 of this Policy or within the Mori platform.
To provide Mori products and/or services, we may collect device identifiers (e.g. IMEI, Android ID, OAID, IDFA) and related device information. When you use Mori products and/or services, we may collect network log information (e.g. IP address, browser type, access time). When you purchase Mori products and/or services, we collect your transaction records to complete the transaction. We may also request certain system permissions (e.g. camera, album, microphone, notification) to support specific features. We use bold for important notices and bold italic for personal sensitive information.
You can manage your Mori account and permissions in "My – Settings – Account & Security." If you refuse to allow Mori to collect information necessary for a feature, that feature may not work properly.
We may use cookies and similar technologies to maintain and improve our services, identify you when you log in, optimize your experience, and for security and analytics. You can manage cookie preferences in your browser or device settings.
Third-party SDK partners. We share data with third parties through APIs and SDKs where necessary. Third-party SDKs may vary by version and typically include login, payment, and analytics. We conduct security assessments and require data protection measures. For the identity of providers, purposes, methods, and scope of collection, and third-party privacy statements, please see the Appendix "List of third-party partners that collect personal information." If you refuse to allow our suppliers to collect information necessary to provide the service, you may be unable to use certain features.
Analytics and marketing partners. We may share your location information, IP address, cookie data, device information, or encrypted tag information with such partners for monitoring campaigns, providing more relevant content, and optimizing delivery.
Service providers. We may share your personal information with vendors that support our services (e.g. customer service, user management, logistics). For example, when we ship physical products, we may share your name, phone number, and address with logistics providers.

We may disclose your personal information where required by law (e.g. public safety, public health, legal process, or your own public disclosure). As Mori's business evolves, the list of partners may change; the Appendix will be updated accordingly.
You have the right to access and manage your Mori account and your payment information. You may exercise your rights (e.g. access, correction, deletion, portability) through Section 8 or within the Mori product, unless otherwise required by law.
To withdraw consent: You may revoke Mori's access to your album and camera in your device's application permissions or privacy settings. You may also unlink third-party accounts (e.g. WeChat, QQ) in the "Your account" section of the Mori app or web settings.
We store personal information collected in the course of our operations in mainland China and do not proactively transfer it overseas. If you choose to share your information with overseas partners, please read their privacy policies first.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors without parental consent. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes (e.g. by in-app notice, push, or revised effective date). Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. We may also update when required by law, when your rights change significantly, or when a data protection impact assessment indicates high risk.
